Choosing a counselor is an important and personal decision. My approach emphasizes building a strong relationship, with the goal of fostering a supportive and effective therapy experience. With a commitment to understanding your unique self, I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your feelings and work toward your individual mental health goals.
My career path has had several stops along the way, allowing me to use both my educational and personal experiences in my counseling work with others. I hope you will allow me to join you on your own journey forward.
